Ingredients
- Mrs Shah’s Curry Mix
- Salt
- Oil
- 1 large onion
- 1 tin chickpeasÂ
- 1 tin red kidney beans
1. Finely slice the large onion and fry it in the oil until it turns brown.
2. Add Mrs Shah’s Curry Mix into the pan and stir in well.
3. Add 1 teaspoon of salt into the pan and stir.
4. Add in half a tin of chopped tomatoes and stir in.
4. Drain the chickpeas and kidney beans, add them both into the pot and stir in.
5. OPTIONAL – Add 2 heaped tablespoons of natural yoghurt and stir in.
5. Simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes.
6. Add 100ml of water into the pan and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
